I live in Missouri, so the weather changes on an hourly basis. No joke. Our seasons are the wierdest. The other day it was 14 degrees out and the day after it was 60. A few weeks ago it snowed all night and then was sunny and 58 the next day, it all melted right away.

I'm the same way. I've been going crazy eating less calories because I'm so in love with food. Mostly the really sugary fatening foods. Having a pal that's working with me on MyFitnessPal! She's definitely helped calm my appetite.

If you're doing plenty of chest work outs and such, then your boobs shouldn't be flabby or arm-ish. You have to do the proper strength exercises to keep them perky and awake! :) Hope this helps.
