Hi! I'm Natalie and when I started this journey I also had lose 100+ pounds. My HW was 235, but when I started MFP I was down to 220. Currently I'm at 204 and I'm still pushing to get to my goal weight of 130. It's always nice to add new friends with similar goals so feel free to add me ! :)

I can't say I finished it, but I did do level 1 and 2 and part of 3. While I was doing it, I did lose about 10 pounds. I do want to start it again and finish it this time.

I actually finished level 1 yesterday and so far I have lost 8 pounds. Today I started level 2 and thought I was gonna die, but I like it because I have seen results.

I'm also trying to do this for myself and my kids. My son is overweight for his age and I get scared that he may keep on gaining. The only problem is that he's a very picky eater so I struggle a lot!

I'm the same way. I find myself craving something sweet or salty at night. I just try to keep myself distracted and watch something I like on Netflix, or get on MFP and read successful stories lol and sometimes if I have some calories left for the day, then I just eat something to kill my craving, but I try not to go over…
