Thanks everyone I do a little of everything..."power walking", recumbent bike, weight training, cardio, starting to jog...I have to "mix it up'...lol..I get bored. I do lots of weighted exercises for my abs and arms (to answer that post question). Plus I eat pretty carefully. I am gluten and dairy free due to intolerances. I eat lots of stir fry,salad,tuna,salmon,grapes,bananas,almond milk,pea protein powder..I eat red meat once in awhile :laugh:0

Wow! You don't even look like the same person. I'm inspired! I don't know how tall you are, but I originally started at close to 200 lbs and wear a 16 or 14 (Depending on brand.) and my goal is 150. I'm 5'6" so you give me inspiration.0

I do a lot of "Power walking", lots of recumbent bike, weights, jump rope, lots of ab exercises(some weighted), and Im starting to run.0
