I like to keep healthy snacks on me:)

Because you are not eating enough so your body is holding on to what little you are giving it. Try upping your calories to bout 1500 and eat back at least 1/3 of your burned calories.

You won't gain form one or two days of over eating. Think of it as a treat meal and enjoy your family time. just go back to your healthy eating for the rest of the week and stay active:)

I really do not like how she presents herself. On video she comes off as "I'm better then everyone else". Though can't really judge her since I don't know her.

instead of the scale go by your measurements if you are trying to lean out with muscle. it's a better way to determine your progress. also only weight your self once every 1-2 weeks.

if you are very active plus working out every day then yes 2200 sounds right. Most people need about 2000 to maintain their weight. Coming from someone recovered from an eating disorder I know how hard it is to eat more and to gan weight. However, like you said you are under weight and need to gain weight. Since you are…

There's no difference. It's just preference. I prefer morning work outs after I have breakfast. Sometimes I do afternoon work outs though because of school or other obligations. If it's better for you to work out in the afternoon then do it:)

1500-2500 depending on how active you are. anything under 1500 is honestly too low. I mean 1200 is the recommended daily amount for a 2 year old. your weight changes through out the day. so look for a weight range not a set number. I know how scary weight gain is but you need it in order to be healthy. also going by…

As someone who used to only eat 800-1000 a day , trust me it is very unhealthy no matter how much weight you want to lose. From eating that low I almost landed myself in the hospital. You should be eating no less then 1200 day and that is even too low for most people. you really should eat something like 1200-1500. The…
