I don't feel the pain when doing it, which was why I was able to get through 2 sets. It hits me like a truck the next day though. A trainer at my office says that I should roll out my quads with a rolling pin and that would reduce the pain as well as stretch out the muscle for future sessions.

Two days ago, I hit the elliptical trainer for 1 hour and 2 minutes. That was the longest I have ever run! I was really excited and exhausted at the same time, LOL! I burned 1018 calories and was in the zone for 1 hour and 1 minutes!

I have the FT4 and it does the job, although it doesn't have many bells and whistles. The F6 looks like it would offer more bang for your buck, if you ask me.
