Happy Thursday So Wednesday I finished up the day 100 calories over. But I drank my water and did my workout Thursday - was up at 5:30 and did 45 min of Burn Intervals. I just calculated what I plan to eat today and I should be under. So I am doing good. Hope everyone had a good Wednesday and a great Thursday.

Even the buffets are not that cheap. They have some discount tickets and things that you should keep your eyes out for. I will try to look at this over the weekend. Went for a run yesterday. Still no morning workout, but I think that I am doing good with calories and water.

Great pics Ariel. Still have not worked out, but I have been walking alot from one meeting to the next. I used map my run to see the distances I walk around campus. I probably walk about 2 miles a day without even thinking about it. Calories have been good and so has water.

Morning Ariel thanks for starting the new thread. Glad you are feeling better too. I am feeling better, but my nose is awful. Hopefully it will be better soon too.
