I wouldnt suggest doing that, i agree as a college student ti is hard to eat well and its sooo much quicker and cheaper to grab that cup o noodles instead of making a salad, but instead of a cup o noodles why dont you buy a can a veggies, not much more expensive, you can microwave them, and they dont go bad either, tuna is…

yoplait chocolate mousse whips frozen...just like ice cream, 140 cals

have you tried yoplait whips? they have a little bit higher calories than regular yogurt but they are great for a sweet tooth which i often have around TOM, if you put them in the freezer they are like ice cream!!!!

most scales are a little off, if you are going to be weghing yourself on the one at home most frequently i would just use that weight, you can still see how much you lost as long as you are consistantly using the same scale.

I venetflix and they have all these great workout videos called 10 min solutions that I use just need enough space to take about 4 steps in either direction ;-) they are 50 mins long but in ten minute sections, i usually only do two or three at a time

I do alot of soups and things that I can freeze extras, so then i can eat it for two or three meals then freeze the rest for days when i have to work :-) just pull it out of the frieezer and micro wave :-)

eat your exercise calories, if your net is 1200 then you probably arent eating enough...i plan on starting this tomorrow ill let you know if i see results :smile:

Since I started this challenge (and MFP) I have lost 10 lbs, not seeing any difference in my physical appearance but my jeans are loose, will post pictures as soon as I have some...maybe someone else will notice the difference...

looking at your log, you miss breakfst quite a bit which is bad for you, add you dont log any water? Drink water, as for not eating meat, thats fine but you should definitely find a way to make up for the protien you are missing!!!

I use pads with astringent in them ans a face mask, right after I work out
