Thanks everyone :) Mainly from logging what I eat everyday on here, cutting out all the fast food and cooking nutritious healthy food and getting about half and hour to an hours worth of exercise a day. I'd always tried to lose weight the unhealthy way before and it never lasted. This is the smallest I've been in over 10…

I have anxiety. I found changing my eating habits has eased it so much, but it is always there. It's a hard path to do, but it can be done and you love yourself for it when you start seeing results :)

I'm a rice addict I've recently become very passionate about nutrition Although I do love to overindulge in vodka quite a bit which my body hates me for Losing weight has made me obsessed with buying new clothes - too bad I'm broke :(

I'm a daily logger :) Very close to the weight I want to be, but I o up and down, mfp helps me not overindulge too much :)

I was born into a small town called Blackall and moved to Brisbane 7 years ago :)

I agree. I've learned on my weight loss journey that nothing would happen to my body for 2 weeks and then after that I'd lose little bits of weight for a few days and then nothing again for 2 weeks. Everyone's different, but 7 days is really not enough time to see any difference.

27 turning 28 here. I'm not really new and I'm close to my goal but I plan on logging for quite a long time and am always happy to make new friends on here and share advice :)

Mine started at 32.6 (obese), and now it's 22.1 (healthy) :)

I love white, it soaks up the flavours so well. And I do like brown, but I just try and have smaller portions of it rather than the 4 heaps bowls I was used to eating, haha.

I've lost most of my baby weight, I hate to tell you this but it is hard lol :) As long as you stay determined it will get easier though! Good luck! :)

Thanks so much :) I've only got 1 kilo to go before I'm at my goal but your words of praise make it all worthwhile :)

I joined a gym, I just don't go lol. Was a waste of money for me, I'd rather take a walk outside.

It's processed quickly by the liver and is burned as energy not stored as fat like some other oils. It's great for giving you a boost of energy and is great for your immune system. I also mix it with sugar and use it as a body scrub, it leaves your skin feeling and smelling beautiful!

Oh god your reply made me cheer. I love a great comeback. I have gone through some similar things like you but have avoided posting about anything about it on here because I've seen how rude and nasty people can be. You got some great advice on here, I don't think I can offer much more than a good luck and hope you get…

I don't do cheat days, I feel like they set me back a week. Cheat meals here and there on the other hand are definatly my thing.
-
I cut fast food out completely. At the beginning I cut out bread, cheese and sweets but now I just eat small amounts of them.
-
I love them, I add extra sauce and ingredients for flavour since the calories from regular pasta are cut so much.

I'm 27 and have already lost more than 60 pounds with a few more to go, always happy to make new friends on here :)

When I started fitting into dresses I could never buy before because they didn't fit, or looked terrible... this really pushed me along. I like looking at photos of me now and not cringing :)

When I went to get my 12 month old daughter checked up at the doctors, he made me weight her by weighing me first and then with her. It killed me to see I had gained all my pregnancy weight back and more. Made a lifestyle change from that day and 26 kg later I've never regretted it :)

Home cooked meals every day. I live with 4 other people though, so we rotate who cooks.
