I make a bath scrub by mixing it with sugar. My skin feels so amazing afterwards and its a fraction of the price of other skin scrubs.

I drink like 5 cups a day. Helps you feel fuller for longer with meals and stops the sugar cravings.

No, I usually gain water weight, but by the time my period finishes it's usually all gone.

Only when I lose. I haven't gained weight, but the scale number will go up because of water so I won't bother tracking that.

That sounds... FREAKING AMAZING!! If I wasn't on this diet I'd top it up with loads of cheese, bacon and sour cream with sweet chilli sauce... ohh god.... a healtheir version might be low fat cottage cheese, hot sauce and tuna.

I've lost 38, I had alot of loose skin anyway from yoyo dieting and my pregnancy. I've managed to tone most of it up just from walking an hour a day and going to the gym now and then. If you do it slow enough your skin should hopefully be able to bounce back.

I did, but my diet used to contain ALOT of salty and junk foods. I cut the lot of the junk out and dropped alot of water weight the first week.
