I prefer to have plenty of fresh fruit and veg as i know if i eat processed foods i will not shift the weight or get me to my ultimate goal of being healthy all round. But of course everyone has different goals so if you find something…

I work in a a finance company and come across the same problem everyday. Cust: Your charging me interest! at a ridiculous rate! (5 years into agreement) Me: You borrowed money from us. You have to pay interest. And the rate was agreed in the paperwork you signed and you've been paying this for 5 years and only now you…

Uphill walking burns a ton of calories and is a nice fat burning exercise if you trying to ease yourself back into it. Starting off at a lower incline then increasing when your feeling your making progress. Worked for me! Hopes this helps

I'm currently on 1200 a day, personally though I would say 4 days is not long enough to see a significant improvement scales wise. The only suggestions I would say would be to try not to eat past 8pm in the evenings and obviously if possible to include some form of exercise (regardless of how long, what intensity) and I…

Diet protein shakes are the way to go. Low carb, high protein and low calorie. They aren't for those who are looking to be body builders but those who wanna up their protein to assist weight loss. I currently use Jst Jodie Skinny Whey and I think its fantastic. It keeps me full and doesn't use too many kcals (151) plus…

In the end, is's all down to personal preference! But personally I love them. I take a diet protein shake after exercising and I find that it helps with the after exercise aches or ones the following day. Mine is only 151kcals, so it doesnt use up too many kcals and fills me up and boosts my protein intake for the day.…

Couldn't agree more with this. You need to focus on yourself when it comes to losing and not be concerned with how much everyone else it losing as of course everyone is different! :) So far you've been doing amazing so I personally don't see any reason to be concerned, but! if you do feel like your getting into a rut, just…

I tend to either have one for breakfast as a meal replacement or after exercise! Protein is great for repairing muscles so after the wear and tear of a workout, taking a protein shake can minimise the 'achy' feeling afterwards or the day after an intense session! hope this helps :)

Log it as circuit training, or if you want exact cals, wear a heart rate monitor whilst working out then go on 'create an exercise' give it a name and put the kcals in! :) good luck!!
