Eat before exercising?
I'm not sure whether to eat before I exercise, I know you have to wait an hour beforehand anyway to let the food go down and that.... but is it best to have a meal afterwards or before? Your help would be much appreciated!

Curbing Cravings
Anyone of you guys have any good methods of curbing cravings? I'm just starting out with myfitnesspal, and so far so good but all past diets have ended due to me being rubbish and fighting the cravings for fast food! This time I want to be prepared! So any tips? Thanks :) Sam x
