Curbing Cravings

Anyone of you guys have any good methods of curbing cravings? I'm just starting out with myfitnesspal, and so far so good but all past diets have ended due to me being rubbish and fighting the cravings for fast food! This time I want to be prepared!
So any tips?

    Best tip?

    Dont cut anything out. Just have it in smaller doses, less frequently. Allow for the calories. If you're craving fast good, eat less in the day, then have that fast food later on. Just a smaller amount.

    If you cut stuff you're far more likely to fall off the wagon.
