Hi! I'm interested in becoming a personal trainer but I have no idea where to start. If there are any UK trainers out there I would really appreciate if you could share how you got into personal training and whether you would recommend it?
Thanks!
Thanks!

It depends on where you are in the UK. My qualifications are from Amac Training which is local to where I live. Best thing to do is go to your gym and ask some of the instructors where they got their qualifications from; or google search courses in Cardiff.
You first need a Level 2 in Gym or Fitness Instructing, then to be a personal trainer you need a Level 3 in Personal Training. Each course can be anywhere from £100-£1000 depending on your status (employment/student etc) and when and where you book them.0
