Heart Rate Monitors? Which are the best?

Hey guys I'm considering getting a heart rate monitor so which brands are the best and where is the best place to buy them?
Your help would be deeply appreciated!! :)

    I have had the Polar FT7 for about a year, and I love it! It comes with a chest strap and watch. Amazon.com and heartratemonitorsusa.com seem to have the lowest prices.

    I also have a Polar FT7 and love it. I bought mine at ****'s Sporting Goods because I didn't want to wait on shipping.
