I do this too!! The salad plates are plenty big to fit what I need on them. I also use our small bowls for cereal etc. Makes me feel like I have more food which is exciting. It is all psychological!!!

I have no boobs what so ever!!! So my rib boobs stick out just about as far as my boobs do!!!! ugghh, Thank God for good push up bras hahaha they help!!!!

My ribs stick out too. My lower ones in front. It is just how I am built. I think this whole subject really depends on how you are built as an individual.

I weigh in on Mondays. I keeps me motivated throughout the weekend to stay focused and on track. Plus if I gain I know exactly what I did wrong bc it most likely would have happened over the weekend in a slip up. I do this to hold myself accountable for not only watching myself during the week but on the weekends as well.…

Indoor cycling!!! Taking spinning classes is amazing!! You burn a ton of calories and it is low impact on your knees and hips :) Good luck!!

I totally agree with you. Having a small frame gets the best of you sometimes. 112 is my ultimate goal because I know that I look petite and healthy at that weight. Anything under 110 and you start looking a little too small if that makes sense. So I think anywhere between 110 and 115 would be a great ultimate goal!!!
