This weeks challenge (an idea)
So this week I think we should all try to do 50 pushups everyday. We do did em on our toes or knees doesn't matter. And you don't have to do them all at once either. Personally I used to be awesome at pushups. Now I can only do like 5 on my toes. So I wanna change that!!!!

Bad Habit
So I have gotten into a bad habit. I am really good throughout Tuesday-Friday. I eat around my calorie goal I work out everyday and I am happy and motivated. My Self Motivation is Nill
Uggghh. Totally have fallen off the band wagon..again!!!! This happens about two weeks after I have been really good and happy with my diet and exercise. I totally lose my mojo and can't do anything right whatsoever!!!! I am so frustrated. How do ya'll stay motivated throughout everything???

Ok everyone so this is confusing the hell out of me!!!! I get a different number everyday. One day I went over on fats and carbs and my weight gauge went up...this is understandable. But for all the other days I am really confused about what changes the number. Help??? Appreciate it.
