Hi everyone!!! I am brand new and ready to finally get my eating habits under control!!!! I love to exercise but I hasn't gotten me too far considering I tend to binge on days that I am bored. So I have to keep myself busy and motivated. Hope I can help everyone on this program as much as I know you can help me :) teamwork and motivation are great things to have when trying to reach a goal.

    hi! welcome to myfitnesspal :) i just joined yesterday so i'm a newbie myself. you've definitely come to the right place! everyone here seems so positive and supportive and that is a huge help to me. since you enjoy working out because it keeps you busy maybe you can turn eating clean and tracking your intake into a game of sorts so it keeps you engaged and busy as well? just a thought. good luck!
  • I totally agree! That is part of the reason why I joined here. I wanna make it fun and exciting to track my diet. So I am hoping that this keeps me interested enough that I challenge myself and try to eat as healthy and consistent as possible!!! Great thinking.

    I tend to be a grazer when I am bored so I hear you completely. I've found I try to reward my self with other hobbies I enjoy such as reading playing with my dog, crocheting. Something that keeps me busy but especially my hands and that helps me not to graze. I also try to keep to a flexible eating schedule in regards to meals and snacks. That seems to help to.
