Bad Habit

So I have gotten into a bad habit. I am really good throughout Tuesday-Friday. I eat around my calorie goal I work out everyday and I am happy and motivated. Then Saturday comes around and for some reason I get in a funk. I don't care about working out and I eat WAY over my calorie goal without feeling guilty. Then Tuesday morning rolls around and I feel motivated again and I am back on track.
To give you some details I work and have school Tues through Fri. I also work all day Saturday. Sunday and Mondays are my days off work to do homework relax etc.
Thanks for the help!!! I will take any ideas that you have got for me.

    I can totally relate to the bad habit. Sounds like you are really busy, I imagine that is pretty stressful. I have found I need to build in some treats during the week so I don't feel like I can go crazy on the weekend. Any way to do non-food rewards or treats as well?     I used to do that and it slowed my progress down. You just have to have the same mentality of discipline on the weekends that you do during the week.

    You sound like you really need a schedule for the whole week! Try to build something into your weekend even if its just a leisurely stroll or house cleaning for 30 minutes! You have to or you will not feel good about yourself! Start with one of the days and work up to the rest! Put a motivating picture up weather it be you at your biggest or a sexy picture a woman showing off her toned belly! Hang a picture of your worst picture on the fridge so you won't go in there and munch, Hang it on your door so when you leave the house you won't be tempted to go and get something bad! You have to tell yourself NO! You can do this once you get motivated you will feel much better! All the work you are doing during the week is being cut out by bad decisions on the weekend and that is what will make you give up! DON'T GIVE UP!

    each day can be different as far as work, school, activity, family, etc....but your GOALS do not change. treat your weekend just like a weekday. plan your meals and snacks in advance....even if it's chips, cookies, cake, chocolate, drinks...**anything & everything**. It's tough to change unhealthy habits, but if you want this bad enough, you'll do it!! We're all here to support ya!
