I am always always cold!! The girls I work with are all overweight and when they are sweating I am frozen with a scarf and jacket on. It is a consequence of being skinnier. But I would rather be cold and skinny that hot and fat lol

I agree. I do cardio everyday of the week I love it!!! I am physically in much better health. Also, my resting heart rate and blood pressure has improved since I started doing cardio. I agree with Guru. This is horrible for your poor body. Your muscle mass probably decreased immensely and your metabolism is shot. Get on a regular eating schedule and exercise schedule. While you might gain weight at first it is only because your body is repairing itself.

Check to see if the serving size is one cup or 3/4 of a cup. That might be the only thing messing you up

I would say no as long as you aren't starving. I rarely eat any of my exercise calories.

Agreed. Your body is in shock ha. You are kicking it into shape and it has to adapt to its new environment just like anything else does. So it is putting on muscle. Just keep it up and you will see the results. Take measurements too. That way when you lose inches but not weight you are losing fat and gaining muscle

So I am a day late I know. Read the posting yesterday afternoon so here I am ready to get on your schedule and overcome this challenge :) as of this morning I am 125.4 down 3.6 pounds.

I love it :) nice venting session. People like that drive me nuts. There is a girl at my gym who wears volleyball spandex and a cut off tee everytime shes at the gym and struts around the weights where the guys are lifting. For one she should NOT be wearing the spandex. And two the only reason any of those guys look at her…

O jeeze I am behind!!! I started at 129 lbs last week Monday. I will weigh in next friday with everyone else!!! As for ideas how bout we do 50 pushups (on toes or knees) everyday this week :)

I totally agree. Just a few sessions with a trainer will get you on pace and educated enough so you don't hurt yourself. Especially when lifting weights form is so so important!!! Good luck!! I love the gym and take as many classes as I can throughout the week :)

Your body is hungry so you need to eat. End of story. Being hungry in the morning is fine. Just eat slower and so you will know when you get full and won't overindulge. Also, add a glass of milk or something to our dinner and bam you are perfectly around your calorie goal. Are you working out at all???

So fruits definitely need to be tract.They have a lot of natural sugars and calories that should count toward your daily goals. Call and ask your plastic surgeon if the implants are making a difference. A friend of mine can't do certain lifting exercises because of her implants. It would be best to get the answer from a professional. You don't wanna hurt yourself or your boobs :)

Hi there!!! I am 5' 2". For us little short people a little weight makes a big difference. So you will see the changes as you go :) It is doable you just have to be persistent :)
