maybe you like your current lifestyle enough...or don't hate it enough. if you think there are things you hate about your current lifestyle, dig deep within yourself to find those reasons and write them down. check out my will power blog below for more. you can also see what I've done on my profile.

Sometimes you just need a break! if you go go go you will eventually burn yourself out, it is like that with everything. I have not been able to work out for three days and it is killing me because I allowed myself to take a break, I fell off, and now I miss it. Sometimes when you are down give yourself a fun exercise to do, like dancing, and you will probably feel so great afterward that you will long to do more. That is how I did it. I hope this helps!

I had the same problem. I solved it by resolving by starting over and deciding to set weekly goals, short term goals and long term goals and reset my goals. Also, a big thing is to dwell on what you want and the rewards you plan on getting, as well as, your goals

One thing about setting goals is they need to be specific to you and not what others perceive of you. Setting goals takes a lot of reflection and thought but deep down you know what needs to be done. Setting unrealistic goals sets you up for failure. When setting your goals look at what you want to achieve then look at what strengths you have to help reach those goals. You must also look at things that can derail you from reaching your goals and take them head on. Be confident, be strong, and be willing to make adjustments and if you should fall a little short, recharge, rebuild, reassess and be persistent!!! Dont punish yourself just identify what is causing to be unhealthy and address the issue. It not always perfect but stay after it.
  • Thanks guys. I will look at myself as an individual and take it from there. Maybe I need to know who I am as a person better before I set goals.
