That is a great idea! I didn't think of adding my own chicken breast onto the sandwich. I am usually in desperate need of grocery shopping by the weekend that's why I do this but if I save up some chicken that would be yummy :)

That is a great idea I never though to ask them that. I do get a splash of oil, I love the taste :) But you always have to make sure to tell them a very tiny bit haha otherwise your sandwich is drenched!!

You might have been looking at the footlong calories. Because I get turkey with only veggies, a splash of oil, and mustard it really isn't that many. When you start adding different kinds of meats, cheese and mayo is when the calories jump up.

Also what is your sodium intake??? An increased sodium intake can make you super thirsty as well.

I agree. You should really go to the doctor and get checked out. Drinking that much water should make you feel hydrated not thirsty. Hope you find out what is going on! Good luck

I agree. Try to do a strength training and cardio combo in order to get your fat percentage down a little bit. But you are doing great I wouldn't change your weight by more than a few pounds depending on what the weight training does!!!! I am the same as some. I weigh in every two or three days. Wake up strip down and step on the scale. As for tracking that weight and writing it down I do that every week. If I don't do it every few days I get kind of lost in where I am.

Well if you are really pushing yourself and ride hard for the entire hour I would say 500. I need to get a heart rate monitor to make sure but my teacher says that he burns about 650 when I take his class. So in the short we are burning a lot!!!

They are better than nothing. But your body tales awhile to warm up and start burning fat. therefore if you did all of this at once it would before beneficial in the long run when it comes to endurance building and calorie burning. Good luck!! You will get the hang of it :)

I would defintitely try it out :) of you are used to a road bike you should be fine. Although it is challenging you can really take it at your own pace and work up to the instructors pace and resistance!!! Go for it :) worth a try :)

So I try to avoid fast foods all together. If I am on the run tho I stop at starbucks to get one of there plates. Check the calories though some of them are higher than you would think. Or go to subway, best fast and easy meal out there!!!!!! You can get in a lot of veggies and not kill your fat intake for the day. Plus…
