girl no problem.... i get crazy all the time! i text my hubby I am so fat I want to cry. Then I go home start exercsing, playing with kids, doing homework, feeding kids & then I am all smiles. lol... it's life.

If you are looking for low call try the healthy life... i get waaay over in my fiber without my bread. I only eat about 3 slices a week so it won't make or break me. If you are looking for more than "air" try someone's response above. lol.. I guess we have alot of bread eaters on the forum. not me.

nope. you can do it. I thought I would never hear myself say it, but the workout will remain intense but you will gain endurance & strength. trust.

I did & it got better.... When I first started my husband thought that I was lying when I said I couldn't pick up our baby. lol! Push through unless you feel injured. But yeah it was intense.

If it's my body telling me to slow down & skip a day... that's what I do... But it I am just having lazy thoughts, I exercise anway... I just make myself do it. Just like I have to be at work on time. I have that same mind set when it comes to exercising.

My starting weight was close to 163 last week.... today I am at 160.

Although i am a few days ahead of you guys, the push up are the hardest for me due to a tendon surgery I had on my wrist a few years back. Other than that I think I may have level one down & am thinking about trying level 2 tonight to get a feel for the moves when I do it tomorrow morning.

Okay maybe there is something wrong with my thinking but to me 1.75 lbs a week (roughly)... That's alot of weight loss & sounds heavenly. lol! I can lose 60 lbs within 2 months with a hellafied tummy tuck & body lift -not an option. lol

a cheat day for me would be eating very close to my estimated bmr. I won't have a deficit but I won't go over. i also take into consideration if I have any exercise calories as well.

One the one day that I have cramps (sorry if TMI) i just do a cardio video. Jumping jacks, planks & all that just irritate me more. I also lift weights. Basically something where I am moving but not as vigorously to disturb the belly area.

Maybe I am crazy but almost 40 pounds in 6 months is an insane amount of weight to lose! Great job. It is a great acomplishment.

Water all day & 2 4 oz cups of black coffee each day. I'm too cheap to buy soda or juice.
