I don't have any pictures, but I am 5'2 and started at 127 and am down to 113! I started going at it full force in January of this year.

A thigh tattoo! Right now, I won't wear shorts or anything but once I get my legs toned up...yep!!

I haven't actually cried, but I got that lump in my throat feeling! I was so proud of myself that I finished it. I think it's happened a couple of times. Exercising and pushing yourself like that is most def an emotional thing as well as physical!

I couldn't do it. If I try to have a protein shake or something for lunch, I'm hungry in an hour! Everyone is different though. It may just all be in my head! :noway:

Citrus and cilantro chicken, roasted red potatoes with garlic and basil, some asparagus with garlic sea salt and some salad! Can you tell I'm hungry and have totally been thinking about this?? lol

I don't really have an educated answer, only my experience! :tongue: I sweat a whooole lot more now than I did when I first started exercising! I also sweat a lot sooner, too. I will start to break a good sweat in the warm up depending on what I'm doing. It feels good! :glasses:

Yep, I will eat! I try to eat every 3 or so hours even f I'm not really hungry. I know I have to in order to meet all my calorie goals and all that!! Even if it's something small..it's still something right!

I have read a few places that when you start to lift heavy, or even begin exercising, that your body will swell some. Retain water? Don't mark my words, but maybe that's why! Ok, bye! haha

I just bought a HRM at Target and I've been using it the past few days. On one particular workout, MFP would say that I burned 318 calories. According to my HRM (which I LOVE by the way!) I burned 268 calories doing that same workout. I'm glad I got it because I'm sure I have been overeating.

I agree. They usually have a very high sodium count, and most also have a lot of calories for very little food. They aren't worth it to me, especially because the squash tastes like the cucumber, the cucumber tastes like the bell pepper, and the bell pepper doesn't really taste like a bell pepper at all!

I noticed that about the protein as well! Also, I'm shocked at how much sugar I'm consuming and didn't even know it!
