Thanks to DamePiglet, I took a probiotic this morning when I ate my Quest bar. Just in case I go to the gym today. I don't wanna be "that" girl!

I've always hated oatmeal. But I know oatmeal is good for you. So today I ate oatmeal. And discovered another food item that makes me squeeze my glutes tight enough to turn coal into diamonds at my desk at work.0

I think it said you can take up to 5. I'll have to look at the bottle again. It's in my fridge at home. I need to look at my diary from Friday and see what the culprit was. Yesterday it was McD's.0 -
