I started at 226 also and yeah I had some gut on me but never considered myself obese either. I set my goal for 195. Then I looked at the BMI and I supposedly need to be 184 just to get to the healthy range. So I plan on reaching my self set goal and see how I feel. Thanks. I went in and changed my goal back and it stayed at the lesser intake. So those of you saying it readjusted because my start weight toward new goal is lower must be right. Thanks again!

I also agree it has become part of my everyday life. I feel like I'm missing something when I miss a workout now, which is a big change from my former lazy butt habit. As far as calories go, I used to be able to eat nearly my whole days calorie allowance in one meal and now I have to push myself by eating a healthy snack…

I am on day 8 of llevel 1 and am kind of curious about the level of difficulty going from level 1 to level 2. I dont want to look ahead and get discouraged by seeing how much harder it may get. It is a great workout and I go with the general circuit for 20 minutes also. I estimate around 220 calories. Just hoping level 2…

so how exactly do you know what to log 30DS into exercise diary. It isnt obviously in the diary database but I would like to keep it in the log for calorie count as well as exercise routine.
