Workout video for guys
I see a lot of talk about the 30 day shred video by Jillian Micheals and was wondering if there was something comparatable for guys, not that after seeing the 30 day burn , it doesn't look like it would kick my butt. Any recommendations guys?

Cholestrol
I eat 2 eggs scrambled and my cholesteral is already over for my MFP says is my daily intake. I know high amounts are bad but toward weight loss and exercise, how will it effect? I don't do this every day, actualy hardly ever go over my cholesterol intake but curious.

How much time does MFP give you to lose
I was looking at BMI, which my goal weight wasn't even in the healthy weight for BMI so I changed my goal to a lower pound so that I was and now may calorie intake lessened. So is 30 day shred for everyday or every other day? I've heard both. Do every other day to help your body heal inbetween days or fight through the soreness and do it every day.
