Haven't tried it, never would. It's supposedly an appetite suppressant that will make you eat less than you normally do. But the ingredients don't seem to contain anything that would make this happen.

Also, if you are already on here then you are already counting calories. Meaning that when you prepare a meal for yourself, you've already made an entire meal that you can eat and fit into your calories for the day, so you don't have any reason to not just eat what you've made for yourself.

Save your money. There's no magic pill, powder, shake, bar, or anything else that will make people lose weight without hard work, eating right, and exercise. If there was, we'd all be skinny and the person that invented it would be the richest person alive. ;)

So what I'm gathering is that its a placebo used to make you think its stopping you even though there is no ingredient to this. Thanks for your feedback.

It is basically a bunch of fillers.

It may work for the people who eat when they are truly hungry and stop when they feel full. It won't work for those who just eat, even when full and not hungry. It is just meant to make you fell full faster so you don't eat as much.

I was on it years ago with no results. Recently I got a letter saying the company was being sued or there was some sort of lawsuit and I might be entitled to money. So, I wonder what's going on there.

My stepmom had some so she gave it to me. I just started it yesterday. She said it helped curb her appetite. I'm sure it won't work, but I didn't have to pay for it so why not try it.

Sensa must not have "bought" him - otherwise he'd be preaching it as the next diet miracle.
