I see a lot of talk about the 30 day shred video by Jillian Micheals and was wondering if there was something comparatable for guys, not that after seeing the 30 day burn , it doesn't look like it would kick my butt. Any recommendations guys?

My son likes the Bob Harper series. He does "Pure Strength" and "Intense Core" they are both 55-65 minutes each but they usually have a 10-20 shorter version on the disc too.0

Try Jullian Michaels Cardio Kicboxing... or Insanity or P90x...If that is too much then I would recommend JM's Cardio Kickboxing

I use P90X and it has Tony as the instructor and if you do the classic or the doubles (way harder than classic) you will definitely get you but kicked. I am doing the Lean plan and I actually think it is a bit easy myself but the other two plans are way harder.0

i thought the same thing, until i actually did some of those jillian micheals dvds. she knows what she's talking about.

WOW insanity is insane. First day and could barely keep up. Had to take breaks in between. Sure its worth it once you can do the wjole thing with the instructor. Thanks for all the advice0
