I do this all the time. Before I started this time I sorted my whole wardrobe into sizes. I had a lot of different sizes. I have a wardrobe of clothes that are the next size down and I check it every 4 weeks to see if any of it fits. This week I tried and pretty much everything in there fit or will fit within a couple of…

I started running in July when I weighed about 220. I find it hard as I have a chronic sinus infection which makes the breathing part tricky so I've been repeating some days but I am up to Week 4 Day 2 tomorrow. I've also visited the Doctor and got some medication which hopefully will solve my sinus problem once and for…

U2 - Zoo TV - August 28th 1993 Dublin is probably still my favourite as my first big concert. Wasn't a huge U2 fan before but they are something else live. Now I go to a lot of gigs and festivals so could probably give you a top 10 from the last year alone. My favourite from last year is probably John Grant. He's just…

Fantastic work!

I've already gotten rid of 6 sacks of clothes. It is good but couldn't help thinking what a massive waste of money some of it was particularly some of my last holiday clothes as I only wore a lot of them once for a couple of hours.

Most people haven't said anything to me without me saying something before. I think because I had lots weight before and gained it back people don't really want to say anything. If you've been in the same boat don't worry they are noticing they just might think it's better to leave you to it.

I disagree. I think it was spot on. Diets don't work. Just the thought that you are on a diet supposes there will come a time when you will be off a diet. I did Weight Watchers and am one of the people who ended up even more overweight. This time something has clicked for me I'm not on a diet I am changing my lifestyle for…

There is no scientific evidence that it does anything helpful at all.

I've pretty much used walking as my only exercise until about 5 weeks ago when I started the Couch to 5K. I still mainly walk as the early weeks of this programme is a lot of walking with a little running.

I've lost 52.6 in 210 days which I work out at about 0.25 lb's a day. It's been slower recently and I'm nearly at the half way point but I expect the second half to take way longer.

Great work and congratulations!

I'm 5 foot 4 large frame and I set my goal at 150. It says ideal weight is 134-151 so I'm just within. Depending on how I look when I get there I may change my goal to 145.

I have a Shock Absorber D+ Max Sports Bra. I cannot overstate how great it is. I have never been able to run before but now I can. It's amazing. Only thing I would say is get fitted. I wasusually a 38E and my sports bras were 40FF. I'm almost at the stage where I need to get refitted which is a bit of a pain as they are…

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yF8x_SIPRYo I've been doing the above stretches. I'm way less fit than you but don't seem to get that much pain. Another thing might be your pace. A couple of my friends started before me and they seemed to go way quicker than I do but are both now injured and were complaining of aches. I go…

I'm starting Week 4 tomorrow. I repeated Week 3 Day 3 3 times to get a bit more comfortable with it as I felt like death itself at the end of each run but I'm hoping I am ready for Week 4 now. Well done on your progress so far.

I guessed 5% larger than I am and came back as an hourglass which means at various points in my life I have been an apple, a pear and an hourglass so how am I meant to know how to dress!! lol

Just much larger portions of the same meal. I usually have very few of the potatoes, rice pasta part but my husband can have a lot more. He used to complain and say I was a feeder as the main reason I gained weight was eating the same as him so I had to explain that I am not meant to eat as much as him and that I want him…

Watch films or catch up on some great TV series like The Wire, The West Wing or Breaking Bad. He'll get addicted to one of those shows I promise you.

I've done W3D3 twice and intend to do it a third time. I've managed it both times but it has felt like I'm at my limit so I wanted to get a bit more comfortable at W3D3 first. I'm going out again on Tuesday to do W3D3 and then Thursday I'm going to attempt W4D1. I don't know why but the step up between Week 3 and 4 seems a…

Hi Fitfully-Me, Good questions. I have no idea. I thought they were meant to be a consistent way you could measure your activity level amongst your friends so that even if you ran for example and your friend played football you'd know who was being more active but as I get totally different amounts for each run I'd guess…

I have the i-phone app on its own. I have put my height, weight etc in and the calories it calculates seems to be about right. It's just the fuel points that seem utterly random. They obviously don't really matter but I have friends who are doing the C25K as well and they seem quite consistent whereas mine are all over the…

I don't have the fuel band just the app on my phone. My husband seems to get pretty accurate results or at least consistent results whereas mine are all over the place.

Wow! great transformation. Similar starting weight to me and you are at my goal weight. Great to see.

Love it during the day - great for going out walking in the sun. Hate it at night - when I can't sleep!
