Fantastic job.

Well done. You look amazing!

Shock Absorber for me but I am busty and need great support for running.

I was a New Year resolutioner who put it off until after my holiday so I actually started on January 15th. I'm still here and still losing. The reality is at any time most people who try to make a big change will fail but some will succeed. I think you should always be supportive of anybody who is trying to change.…

Well done. You can certainly see the difference. It does take time for our brains to catch up but you are right to focus on the improvements you notice in your life to keep you motivated. Those NSV's are even more important than the scale ones.

You are fantastic.

I'm no expert but I'd guess you are best off doing strength training to tone up. Muscle weighs more but takes up less space.

I used 5k runner. I think it cost £1.50. I liked it because it worked with both Nike + and my own music and it increased all distances gradually rather than doing that 20 minute run that some apps do in about week 5 or 6. Also, the voice was very clear about when you had to stop and start and it told you when you had…

Just slow your pace right down. If you are not able to make it then yes just walk but then repeat the day. One thing I will tell you is you can keep going for long after your brain tells you to stop. I've finished the programme but have found that I feel like giving up around the 15 minute mark usually but can run for more…

I've just completed C25K. I also walk, go on stationary bike and do some kettle bell routines. I do my running 2-3 times a week. I don't do crazy amounts of exercise.

I've lost nearly 62 lb's. I tried cutting calories to 1400 but within 2 weeks I gave up and went with eat more to weigh less. I've been doing it since February and it's still working hope that helps convince you.

I'd say short term it will be harder but longer term it will be easier as they will play with each other and entertain each other. The only thing I would say is anything up to a 4 year age gap is fine or beyond that about an 8 year age gap but I find from my experience 5-7 year age gaps can be problematic. My brother in…

My only possible guess is you had some trousers that were either mislabelled or have stretched along with you. I have lost the same amount of weight as you and have gone from a uk size 22/24 to a uk size 16/18.

I signed up for a 10k before I even started C25K. It does motivate you. I've graduated today and have until May to get up to the 10K distance and hopefully improve my speed a little. I did my 5k today in 38:31
-
Woo hoo! Today I did mt graduation run and it got me over the goal for the month. Interesting to see how much I can do.
-
I am a new graduate did my last run today and did 5k in 38:31. I am now going to do 1 5k a week, 1 interval training run and 1 slightly longer building my distance until I get to 10k.

Yep just slow down. I completed today. It feels like I am going so slow that snails are overtaking me but I did it!!
-
Only just noticed this challenge but my Nike + has been tracking my activity so I'm in.
-
Fantastic! You look amazing and glad to see you so positive and motivated!

Fantastic!!

Fantastic. I'm less than 2lb's away myself and can't wait to get there.

Chocolate, cheese and icecream are 3 of my biggest downfalls. Am learning to have them all in moderation though I do slip up occasionally
-
I could do with a new food scale so I may pop in and get that. Thanks for posting.

Example - Changed The Way You Kiss Me always perks me up.

I'm totally with you. I'm on Week 4 Day 2 and have done it 4 times now and I seem to get worse rather than better. I'm just going to keep at it until I get there. Today my first 5 minute run was perfect but my second one I had to stop about 90 seconds in.
-
I'm on Week 4 Day 2 and really struggling with it. I was very overweight when I started losing weight and have chronic sinus problems so have been repeating days but this day just keeps getting the better of me and it seems the very first time I tried it I did the best. The first time on the very last run I was very slow…

I've done a simplified version of the TDEE method. I used this calculator http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ to find out what calories I should be eating. The principle is that if you eat like the thin person you want to become you'll eventually get there. It gives you a lot more calories than MFP and that means I feel…

52 lb's since January 17th.
