  • I have a Sportline 1060. I like it, but it's really hard to setup (had to call for assistance as the instruction book isn't easy to follow). Lot's of buttons to remember to push depending on what you want it to do. If I had to purchase another one, I would go for one that isn't so technical.

  • Add ground flax seed or the clear benefiber powder to your oatmeal or yogurt in the AM. I also add the clear benefiber power to my coffee in the AM. Both really make a difference!
