I never have calories left over?! How do you manage this. Yesterday I got to 6pm, was starving and only had 60 calories left for dinner so had to force myself to the gym so I could justify my salad....... What do you normally eat during the day that saves you so many calories for the evening?

This is the crux of many of my issues! I would be so skinny if I gave up drinking! :smile: When i am hungover especially I just crave comfort, and food gives me that. My most serious of binges though are always when I am unhappy. Alcohol just makes me more susceptible to giving in to those feelings.......

Does no-one else find they get foot cramp if they do it for more than 15/20 mins? I do which is why I do it as a warm up and then head straight for the treadmill! :)
