3.65 miles run, and a quarter mile walk to cool down.
I'm loving this weather. Sunny and 61 degrees. It's perfect! Tomorrow it'll be 67! *happy dance!* I might need to try to squeeze in a chance to lay in my chaise lounge outside and read. Not gonna be many days like this left.0 -

Woo Hoo - just finished my 5.34K run in my best time yet!! So added another 3.3 miles. Thinking about doing my first 5K on Sunday. Need some encouragement to get me to do it.
You can do it!!! You already can run it so why not join a race?? I did my first 5K a few weeks ago...LOVED it0 -

I didn't quite make it to my goal in October but I'm starting my half marathin training today so I hope to make my November goal of 77 miles.

MyFitnessPal adjusted signatures to allow only for the inclusion of MFP tickers. As a result you can't have a signature or a 3rd party ticker below your posts, except for the mfp ticker that shows your weight loss. See the official reply from the moderator:

Two solutions I came up with:
1. Copy/paste the ticker bbcode every time you post on the thread.
Your posts will look almost like before (carlton_banks, roskeetch, bromwin, babygurl are doing this):
2. Specify your total miles like so: (ie like Pam3, mrshoffman and butters are doing)
.... total miles xx of xxx
I'm not happy about this turn of things, but I don't make the rules of the web site. We will lose some functionality here, but I can't think of any better way to keep the challenge going. Suggestions anyone?0 -
