I think the answer will be if it fits in your macros do it. I eat at least half if not a whole avacado a day, but it always fits into my calories - i love them and i love the benefits to my body - my skin, nails etc. Even if I'm over because of it i dont worry. the nutririon associated with it are worth it to me.

I would suggest you look at the following: 1) gluten consumption (cherios etc) 2) artificical sweetner (huge culprit) 3) dairy 4) fruit all of those are TERRIBLE for me. Eat whole foods, less grains and less dairy - see how you go.

HI MIchelle I am mostly raw - not vegan but i wouls ay 90% raw. I do eat some small amounts of fish if it is infront of me but other than that is a fruit and vege diet. I am celiac so no gluten. I took it for 4 weeks and gained 6 pounds in those 4 weeks despite working out harder, not eating any more than i usually do. The moment i went off it my metoabolism shot up again and i dropped the weight in a week. Howver, mentally i felt GREAT on zoloft... its definately a toss up with what you prefer?

I love my HRM - i use it to challenge myself each time i run - i get really annoyed if i forget it or if i forget to set it one day, it means i miss my day's challenge - its as addictive as MFP!

I do hot yoga (core power if you are in the US) - i burn anywhere from 150-250 cal per class reading from my HRM. I do the class that incorporates cardio and weights so its very tough.
