I hadn't thought about that. I know that we have travel plans for the holidays and it would be nice to fit into some of my old clothes. Maybe I will set the goal to be a size 14 by Christmas Eve. If I exercise, I could do that.

I live in a small town and the grocery store caters to a large hispanic community. Most everything is loaded with sugar and fat. I go to the produce department and have requested options like rice cakes which the have now....in the sugary flavored kind. LOL! :huh:

Isn't funny how we lose perspective as we gain weight? I was a healthy eater and very fit before the birth of my daughter. I am tall and big boned. A size 12 is perfect on me.
