I think that I read that the kidneys cannot process more than 1 L per hour (32 oz) but I can't seem to find that on google again. I think that you are ok to be drinking 20 oz in the evening as long as it doesn't make you have to get up a million times in the night, go for it!

I know what you mean, I had my meals all planned out for the day but someone cooked something at lunch that smelled so good I was craving burritos. What I do is try to stick with what I have planned out and I try to eat things that make me feel like I am not on a "diet". I like sweets so I buy things like Vita muffins,…

I have made a good smoothie out of spinach, blueberries, hemp protein and almond milk, mmm.

Sorry I haven't checked in here for a while, things were rough in my personal life for a while then some bad habits crept back in, but I am right back on track again and as of today I am in teh 160s club, I weighed in at 169.5, I might actually make my goal to be 165 by my disneyworld holiday Oct 1! Glad you are all well,…

I always wonder though about having the cheese next to the raw meat, I guess if you cook it long enough it is ok, but it makes me nervous.

As well as gradually increasing water through the suggestions above, you could also make sure to incorporate water rich foods into your diet, like watermelon, veggies and the like, here is a link to an article about it :) http://www.bewellbuzz.com/general/water-rich-foods-in-your-diet/

You look wonderful! Congrats on all your hard work paying off!!

I used to eat more at night since I wasn't eating enough during the day, I try to eat more earlier in the day, then I have a small dinner and I usually leave some calories over in case I want a snack after. It is just about habits and it takes time to make new ones.

Great video! Congrats on your success!!!

Congrats!!! I am halfway there too :)

Before I started one of my biggest problems was eating out too much, so I didn't have a lot to get rid of from the house. But I did get rid of a bit. Now I do enjoy treats in moderation (for the most part) but I usually don't buy more than I can afford to eat at once since I know my triggers. I use the bulk section to get…

Tuna patties sound pretty good! I am a freak I just eat the tuna plain with some crispbread or on a salad with some lemon. LItehouse has a yogurt ranch dressing with Kefir that is pretty good and not bad health wise http://www.litehousefoods.com/whats-fresh/new-yogurt-dressing-kefir

I stopped counting sugar for this reason, I just try to avoid as much added sugar as possible.

[ I knew his Craft restaurant was in Vegas...is this one in Dallas actually his? I didn't know he had one here. Hmmm!! I've always wanted to try his food! [/quote] I tried Craftsteak in Vegas, if the Dallas one is anything like that you should go there, it was AMAZING!!!

Amazing! You look wonderful!

Nice! Thanks for sharing!

Totally! I don't drink pop so I have had one of these for a treat now and then, but I was aware of the sugar content. I think Dasani has a vitamin water that has some sugar but not nearly as much.

I find that sometimes by the end of my workday that I don't have the energy to workout (not to mention time) so what I do is go for a walk on my lunch break, and do situps and squats and stuff like that in my office. That way even if I don't have it in me to workout in the evening then I have done at least 20 mins of…

I have a family history of depression as well and I have suffered from it from time to time. I almost went on meds but decided against it. I find that when I am healthy I feel much better. I suffer from seasonal depression which I am hoping to combat this winter by skiing. I have had a lot of anxiety and panic attacks in…

I found that when I waws about a month into this site I felt obsessed and crazed about my "diet", now I see MFP as a way to know that I am eating the right balance of foods, and most important, I like the social and support aspect. For me it is the opposite, I could never enjoy certain foods, but now I know how to plan…

Yikes! Ya I am new at this and very careful! My bf used to be a semi pro skiier and he has lots of injuries and scars. He had a tree in his stomach and almost died, he has a huge scar up his abdomen. I take it really easy and I am hoping to avoid injury (knock on wood). Whistler is super expensive, our grouse passes were…

That is frustrating! I used to have a digital scale that had a body fat analyzer, something like that might be useful to you. Since you are mostly trying to reduce your body fat you may not see a lot of weight loss but you will notice the changes in other ways. And also when I weigh in after exercise it is always higher,…

Hmm, I thought fenugreek was something nursing mothers took, http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&rls=com.microsoft%3Aen-CA%3AIE-SearchBox&rlz=1I7DBCA&q=fenugreek+nursing&aq=1&aqi=g1&aql=&oq=fenugreek+nur&gs_rfai= I did a different type of cleanse before and they are not all bad, this one worked really well, it recommended…

I was using the wii fit then I got the EA Active and I was doing that for a while and really loved it. I have been doing outdoor exercise right now since the weather has been very nice here. I will probably get back on it in the fall. And as you can see I use my wii fit to weigh in as well
