Hi there, I have been vegetarian almost 2 years, leaning towards vegan although I am not quite there yet. I am always looking for more buddies ;)

I eat a lot of almonds for my calcium, I also use Vega products which cover a lot of my nutrition bases.

5'4 here, my goal was 145 then I got down to 155 then bounced back up to 175 which is where I am now. I am aiming to get back to 155 and then work on toning from there and see what happens.

I use Vega shakes to increase my nutrients and protein. I am a vegetarian so I find that it is a good way to make sure that I am getting all of the things that I need in me. Although they taste pretty nasty!

I actually found some of the information in this doc to be informative. I have read before about the lipid hypothesis (the false idea that fat is bad for you) and so it was interesting to read more about that.

I am a single mom and I used to love to sleep in until the last minute but I have had to make the effort to get up early to get it done. I know if I leave it until after work I will be too burned out and busy!

I met my bf on plentyoffish, it is good to online date because you know they are looking for the same thing. It is always good to get out and meet new people. Enjoy casual dating, you will miss it when you inevitably settle down. Congrats on you success, use that as fuel to meet other life goals.
