Ive been on it since Feb Lost 26lbs by June. Lost 31 total to date. I love it. First 26lbs was w/ little exercise maybe 2-3x a week bc my schedule was super hectic. I work out 7 days now. I only have 7 more lbs to hit my goal of 150 I set back in Feb. Next step will be to tone up a lil If you need any tips lmk.

Best way is to get yourself a HRM (heart rate monitor) w/ a chest strap for an accurate reading of calories. I have 1 and use it for everything instead of guessing! :flowerforyou:

Thanks for the feedback! I could really careless about the xtra features on MFP app, as long as I can log food/excercise I'M SATISFIED! I love the screen on the Infuse and thats what sold me!! Im becoming to hate Apple more n more! Thx again... looks like I'll be upgrading 1st thing in the AM LOL

I have a Polar F6 w/ the chest strap~ definately recommended w/ strap!! I bought mine on Ebay for about $70. You will be much more motivated and pleased with seeing how many calories u are actualy burning. When u are zig zagging at 1200 1 day, 1500 the next and 1300 the following..... are u not excercising to boost the calories? Considering you should try to eat most of the calories burned from a workout? Just curious if people do this for a weeks span WITHOUT excercise to TRICK the body???? THX!

YES,YES,YES! Bought Polar F6 Months ago the BEST motivation EVER!!!! It makes me excercise everyday and if I dont I feel totally guilty. No more guessing! You need 1 w/ the chest strap as some1 stated previously! Check Ebay, you can get for a lil cheaper... Good Luck!

ZUMBA is awsome. I burned 773 calories in 1 hour lat night at class, I recommend a HRM to get accurate calorie count burned. you will be impressed at the results!

:smile: Welcome to MFP, i HAD a gard time w/ water too, not only did I hate it b/c theres no taste, BUT I buy the squeeze bottle lemon and w/ every bottle of water (which = 2cups of H2O) I squirt some lemon juice in it. Its so refreshing!!!! and better tasting than plain water!!!!. Good luck!
