depends on your body really ... i am 5'5" 121 lbs i burn 250 cals doing 30 day shred (calculated with my hrm) but it also depends on how efficient your body is at oxygenating your blood and such .... i suggest getting a hrm and testing it out yourself! the polar ones are sold for quite cheap now ( 70$ ) good investment

i agree with most of the things you said ... except the 1200 cal thing .. unless you are 5foot 2 or less you should eat at least 1300 - 1600 cal a day especial if you are working out .. i am currently slowly increasing my calorie count myself to 1500 since i been at 800-1200 a day ... and trust me no matter how healthy i…

well fat filled food are higher in calories so just avoiding them alone reduced your calorie count
