I will definitely post pics during/after! I think the toughest part will be finding the bow and arrow. The only thing I have right now is a set of boots. Thanks for the tips; I'll start ASAP for sure!

I think most ladies wear bras that are too small. When I was fitted, I was shocked to find out that I was a 32D... this was back in high school after I'd lost some weight. Prior to that, I'd only wear sports bras, but I always assumed I was a C, too.

I find pre-planning incredibly helpful! I usually do it the night before. I figure out what I have in my fridge, then make sure my menu fits my macros. I usually leave myself around 200 calories for slip-ups, and if I have them left at the end of the night, I'll indulge in something I wouldn't have otherwise! I can give…

What are some of your favorite choices there? I used to get the sushi until I looked up the nutritional info - and they put too much rice on theirs, anyway! Love the salad bar, but it's a nightmare to log.

This happens to me, too. Apparently it takes longer to donate blood if you aren't hydrated enough. I've been told this the last two times I've gone... strange, because I drink a LOT of water.

After an hour on the elliptical (which was after lifting), you look over at the treadmill and think "why the hell not? I AM warm, after all!" and then jump on for a quick 10 minute run. Best feeling ever!

There's no science backing to this. Two years of both basic Anatomy & Physiology and Microbiology classes have taught me this. Your body doesn't automatically reset every 24 hours, and body processes balance it out in such a short amount of time, anyway.

Thanks! There wasn't anything on the package, but I went with Atlantic farmed since I read that most salmon falls into that category when we aren't in salmon season. Probably did waaaaay to much research for the calorie difference, hahah

I just looked, and brown rice is now listed fourth on the website, whereas it's fifth on my package. Guess they changed the recipe! Thanks for the help :)

It's listed as 330 on their website, not MFP. I looked more at the website, and apparently they change packaging based on local goods available... so I guess I should stick with the 180 listed on my package? Seems they changed the ingredients after. I'm guessing they added more brown rice, since both the calories and carbs…
