Same here. Started a new job 6 months ago and have gained 12 lbs - and I was 1 lb away from my goal too. Ugh. Need to take off 13 lbs!

Wow, there are a LOT of early risers! I find it so hard to get up to exercise in the mornings so I usually do it in the evenings. But is it much easier to not do it later. If I did it in the morning, then no excuses! How do you find the motivation to get up so early?

IMHO - totally totally worth it. I love everything I've bought from there. I used to buy my stuff from Walmart and Costo but felt that they didnt dry as quick, chafed under my arms, etc. I saved up and bought some lulu stuff and now I'm addicted. I think I might need an intervention. I understand that it's not a fashion…

Lately I read the whole Harry Potter series, Hunger Games triology and 50 Shades triology. Looking for something else to get into - thinking Game of Thrones but it seems like a big committment right now. Maybe i should do something lighter for the summer? Hmmm - good ideas here!

I am having the same issues. I am also 5'3: and 133 lbs. My lowest recorded weight was 127 and am trying to get back there. The advice that was given to me was be as accurate with caloreis and ensure you include strength training into your workout as well as cardio. If not more strength than cardio.

I have delicate lady hands too. They are also child-sized - lol. I recently starting doing weight training and the rough hands are driving me nuts, especially when they "catch" on my clothes. As much as I think muscles are hot, the callouses are not (IMO). Think I'm gonna invest in some gloves too!
