What time do you get up to exercise?

530 am.. tues and thurs.. meet up w/ about 12 fellas to plays some hoops..
130 lunchtime work out.. usually hit weights at my job than!!0 -
5.30am to get to the gym for 6am for an hour. Usually in bed by 9.30 to try and get 8hrs sleep.0

I have been known to fall asleep between 8-8:30.... :yawn:0 -
I am down in bed bout 9 pm and up at 345 am to work out bout two hours 3 days a week yay!!0

5:15AM at the gym/pool by 5:45AM - Home by 7:30AM - Work by 9:00AM thru 11:00PM. Bed by 1AM. Awful, I know0

5 am, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Having a dog makes it easy!0

Wow, there are a LOT of early risers! I find it so hard to get up to exercise in the mornings so I usually do it in the evenings. But is it much easier to not do it later. If I did it in the morning, then no excuses!
How do you find the motivation to get up so early?0 -
I have tried to make myself get up to exercise in the morning but I just can't do it. I am not a morning person so getting up earlier than absolutely required does not work for me. I have to work out in the evening.
If you are not a morning person, and just can't get that in before work/school...don't force yourself. As long as you are getting it in, you should be fine!0 -
usually make it to the gym around 11am and bed around 11:30 midnight or a little later, it depends on my schedule that day0

Usually, I get up at 4:45am and go to bed between 8:45 and 9. I like to get in a good hour or more of exercise every morning before work....
I say usually b/c I am currently on No Exercise :`( b/c of a back injury.....can't wait until I"m allowed again. My running is going to suck!0 -

wow, everyone gets up so early and goes to bed so early.
I don't get to bed anytime before midnight ever.
and I'm up at 6:30am.

Up at like the very butt-crack of dark (4 AM) to get my "poop in a group" and ready for the gym... If I want more weight training, I get up earlier. Make the 45- 50 minute commute to the Air Force base where I work, and hit the gym. Usually crank out some quick weight training, and then an hour of cardio on the elliptical. Fast forward to 11AM or so, where I get another hour on the elliptical trainer. Post work, I make the return trip to my home trail, where I try to get some mileage in on the road bike, or I get some running done... I sleep like a baby, fur shurr.0

How do you find the motivation to get up so early?
I've been doing it for so long; plus I used to have a 3 hour daily commute with no guarantee that I could leave at 5pm (usually more like 7 or 8pm during certain deal cycles); so I just started getting up at 4:30 to exercise, then leave for work by 5:45...I packed my breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner (when during the two weeks out of each month that I knew it would likely be 7 or 8pm before I could get home). I did that for so many years....I'm used to it.0 -
Monday - Thursday up at 4:00 and in gym by 5:00 off to bed at 9pm
Fridays up at 2:30 and in gym by 2:45 in by by 7pm0 -

I get up between 5:30-5:40 to workout. I try to be in bed by 9 and read for 20 to 40 minutes before turning out the light, that way I can get 8 hours of sleep.

I usually am in bed by 10pm and wake up around 7 or 7:30. I get into my exercise clothes and am at the gym and on the treadmill by 8AM. I do the treadmill for 60- 80 minutes, then it is into the pool for an hour. After, I use the hot tub for 20 minutes and then shower. I do this 6 days a week and don't change my schedule for anyone or anything unless it is a true emergency.0

I'm in bed between 9:00-10:00 and get up 4:30 to 5:30 depending on what I have planned for my day of exercise.0

I try to get to the gym by 6:30am so I wake up at 5:30am.0
