I use a Precor bike, so no output in watts or anything, it does offer a calorie estimate but doesn't allow me to put in weight or anything to make a better estimate.

Would love to have some friends with those big goals like mine! Current goal to lose is 112! Feel free to add me!

I'm currently 15 pounds down and no one has said a word. :/

I have found that I can get strangely obsessive if I weigh daily. I find that if I see zero change, I feel discouraged and I don't want that. My solution? "Weigh Day Sundays," as I like to call them. *IF* I am feeling particularly confident, I will weigh on Wednesdays as a spot check, but I try to refrain more than that.

You can add me! I have been off for a while and a lot of friends on here seem to longer be active!

*raises hand* Mostly my embarrassment comes from having started and stopped weight loss practices SO. MANY. TIMES. I don't want to disappoint myself as much as I don't want to have to tell others that. Also, I feel like there is such a strange stigma around weight loss these days. If I tell someone I want to eat healthy…

I know about spot reduction and how it doesn't work, still, it's an area I want to work out regardless. I'd include other upper body too,but that would be my focus work out. I used to do the treadmill, now I get my work out from walking around NYC. haha

If it at all puts anything in perspective, I would love *LOVE* to have your body. Bump or no. I see it on thinner girls all the time and just seems normal to me. But dynamitegalxo is right.

That is perfect! Thank you!!

Truly inspiring to someone like me with 50 off and yet 80 to go. Amazing job!!

You're better than me. When I'm sick, I'm in total pity mode and eat whatever my body wants. However when I'm sick my body usually doesn't want what it could be fed. Haha! I'd say don't be super strict, but don't go crazy if you're really worried! :)

Honestly, I eat small amount of extra dark chocolate every day. It's my daily "sweet" so I don't feel like I'm being deprived. It's a NECESSITY for me, but it's also exactly a serving size. However, I can't see your diary, so I can't comment on exercise, but I'm a big big believer in daily or near to daily exercise. Even…

Yes and no. Considering mine was 41.1 when I started *hides under paper bag* but is a 33.1 now, that's encouraging! Silver linings...

I always, always first thing in the AM, after peeing and no eating.

I've actually been doing this a lot. Lot's of mental math like I'm 38% there. And if I lose what I've already lost again, I'd be in a healthy BMI range. Which is freaking insane to think about. Haha!

Wow!! Thank you all for the responses! I'm glad I asked you guys! Being a size 6 or less (depending on brand) really blows my mind and I'm really glad to see others my height and goal weight and their sizes. This helps a lot! Thank you all bunches!!!

I am 5'5.

I once talked to a girl who said she first lost weight in her boobs. Me? 48 pounds and NOTHING. I used to be a B and now I am a C/D. I hate them being this big and I hope they go down soon. >:/

So I've done the treadmill almost every day since I was 14. I'm 24 now. It's ingrained. However... other exercise, not so much. Since the treadmill is good for lower body I've come to start getting nervous over my upper body. Loose skin. That's my motivator right there. I don't want to do all this hard work and then have…

I just laughed... a lot.

Okay, I guess I mistyped in my late night posting, it is much more of a 'not actively looking' than a purposeful thing. Not like I'm getting offers hand over foot of course. And I am very glad to see I am not alone in this, during this transition time!

I did them a few years back and here's what I found them to be: jittery and appetite suppressant. You're better off drinking coffee and finding better ways to stave off hunger. For me, it's an obscene amount of coffee and a Diet Mountain Dew once a day. Twice if things get dicey.
-
I'd suggest trying to switch it up a bit. You say you're hitting about 1500 cals a day, so one day try for 1300, then the next 1700. Or something to the like. Since you really aren't doing anything wrong, per se, there's not much of a reason you should be gaining. The only thing I can think of is the elliptical, muscle…

Oh, man. Your breakfast made me hungry. Haha! Yeah, I agree with what everyone here is saying. I'm the opposite, I'm never hungry in the morning so I eat a banana with coffee. But about 3 hours later I'm hungry enough to shank someone. If it works for you, it works! Patterns help you stick with weight loss!

Feta! Though I recently tried blue cheese dressing and liked it!

Geez... reading these make my life seem easy. I was never really teased much in HS, though MS and elementary school were a bit different, I remember some faintly, but I think I've mentally repressed them. HAH! I remember being called fatty and other unoriginal names by one girl who hated me and much later apologized for it…

Being an emotional eater, I know what you mean. For me it's an emotional trigger. And once the eating/ bingeing starts, it doesn't stop until I'm like, exploding full. Really, the best advice I have is to kinda lock down on your mouth. It takes time, for sure, when I first started there was so WAY I was even aware I was…

Wow!! These are so great! Okay, I'm going to invest in a dumbbell for sure, if not an exercise ball and band door attachment. Thanks so much everyone!!!

Buuuump?

That means you've eaten 1548, but worked 1061 of that off, so essentially your calorie total is 487 right now. And with your goal being 1770, you can see how low that is. Most people try to eat back the exercise (the 1061) but you don't have to. Ideally, you should try to hit the 1770 in the Net.
