I've regularly done the treadmill since I was 13 and I swear by it. It alone didn't help when I was eating probably 9000 calories a day (might be a slight exaggeration), but it certainly helps me now. It really is my sole workout, sadly.

I workout the same. I just do the treadmill, however. Yoga can be good, but I know you aren't supposed to do some positions while you're on your period. Not sure if you were going to take a class or just do it at home. :)

5'5 and 120. I've never been anywhere close to that, so I figure it's the lighter end of my height range, but wow, would THAT be nice for a change! :happy:

Oh no to some of you! I feel like there's a difference in maintenance and plateaus. I was "maintaining" for 2 months because I wasn't trying to actively lose. So I don't count that exactly. :laugh:

I LOVE my food scale!! Best way to use it? Take a snack you like, weigh out a serving size and then study what it looks like, feels like, etc. That way you can know what is the serving size you want to eat!

My favorite method is to eat normally for a day or two. Don't count. Go out to dinner and have some drinks. Then go back on restriction, wait a week and see what happens. If not, rinse and repeat! ;D

I usually shave below the knee. I shave frequently, so it has to be done fast and knees + razors + speed = blood. And I never have to go above the knee. Didn't realize girls had to...? Wha??

Okay, this does make sense. I've always felt that if I feel muscle soreness that it means something's working and if I don't, then I'm doing it wrong. I'll keep doing it and pushing myself just a little harder, just so I feel better about it! Thanks!!

Sugar. What a demon it is. I don't crave sugar as much as I crave sweet. I take it out on putting dark chocolate chips in the freezer and crunching on them when I need a sweet fix. Personally, I think they saved my life while trying to lose weight.

I know my dad opens the pills and puts them on his cereal. I would THINK baking would be okay, but honestly I just swallow the pills. So easy and much simpler than having to put it in something.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE chicken lettuce wraps. Most Chinese places estimate them at about 600 cals max for the whole dish. Some places also have veggie lettuce wraps for less cals. I can swear by that dish.
