There's nothing I cut. Only things I limit. I mean I snack DAILY on Hershey's Dark Chocolate Chips. I couldn't do it without them. And really, my best advice is more of "don't think, just do". Don't over think "dieting" just do it. Figure a pattern that works for you and DO IT.

As a girl who lives in Texas and eats Mexican probably twice a week, I say... fajitas are good. Lots of veggies and protein, few carbs. Tacos aren't *bad*. Really, moderation is more the key with Mexican than anything else. Oh, and no margaritas! ;)

If I was editing (or tweak) your food, I'd cut ranch and maybe go for LF Italian or Balasmic. I personally detest eggs, so I am little help on that. ;) And if it doesn't kill you, I'd cut back or out on the pork and pork products (ie bacon). It is SOOO good, but so deadly. For me, PERSONALLY, it looks too restricted as far as what to eat. If I am told what to eat and when, I go a little crazy. But the basic idea seems to be in moderation, which is dieting in general. Overall, it looks pretty good and standard, and if it works for you, more power to ya! :)

I think I did more, but I've also allowed myself "days off" where I don't OVEREAT, but I don't hardcore count. Of course I can't do them too much, but they allow me a time to go for that CRAVING.

I would try changing it up! Maybe workout some more or less. Or even maybe go under your calories goal a little bit. I've been doing the treadmill for about 10 years now and I can say that the more you weigh, the more you burn. I started at 247 and was burning close to 400 cals for an hour of 3.0 speed. Now, I'm burning about 300 for the same hour at the same speed and all that's changed is that I've lost 35 pounds. Which kinda sucks…

That question got a little science-y for me, but I always do it by weight. Though, you make a good point and now I question my methods. -.- I think unless it is liquid-liquid, it's by weight.
