LOL!! I work in film. So, yes. Quite a few. Actors and directors. Though my confidentiality agreements still bind me from mentioning who, I will mention a young, blonde male actor, most known work would be in The Notebook. ;D

Wow... if someone did that to me, innocent bystanders would have to pry my bloody hands off of them. That's one of the RUDEST things I've ever heard. Clearly that a-hole is making up for his own self-doubt by being mean and petty to others.

I don't own a HRM, but I don't even worry about eating back exercise calories. Usually, I don't burn much over 300, so, eh! I just see like bonus points for me! :)

Um, yes. :grumble: My boss. We go out to eat a lot. And for her it's not sabotage as much as it is she's always been thin and has never had weight issues. More or less. I'm a night eater, generally, so I work with that. I have a banana and either a Double Shot drink or a Tall mocha lite frapp with an add shot (Starbucks addict!!), have a super small lunch - cup of soup, etc and then eat a larger dinner, or a medium one and have room for snacks. This is my ABSOLUTE solution. I don't even call it cheating it works THAT well for me. I am a dark chocolate fiend. I get the the Hershey's Special Dark chips and stick them in the freezer. When I get a craving, I munch a serving size (about 70 cals). Works every time for me!

I don't think there has been a day where I've actually hit my MFP calorie goal. I've always been under and I have been losing pretty consistently. A few times I've been the same weight for a week and then BAM drop two pounds. If you're really worried, try for the 1200 and see what it does. Not that 100 cals really makes…

What has broken some plateaus in the past was to take a day or two off. Seriously! Eat a dinner with some friends on the weekend and just forget calorie counting and then a day or two later, go back on and weigh a few days later. Always helps me! Good luck!!

I've heard a lot of things about diet soda. One being that, another being that it creates cellulite. I mostly gave it up and only drink a Diet Mountain Dew when I really, really, really want/ need one. There's so much controversy, my paranoid self just cut it out.

I weigh at home in my panties and shirt - usually what I sleep in cause I weigh in the mornings before any food. BUT if I had to weigh in the real world, I'd wear clothes as light as possible. Thong sandals, tank top, capris, etc.

What is your calorie intake? What about exercise? Either way, I say mix it up! Eat a big meal for a day or two and maybe try a different exercise.
