I think half a pound is a good goal because you can try to lose weight as fast as you want but its not gonna happen if it is unsustainable.

I had the same experience, but then i had the recess experience. I was walking past a store and saw my reflection and was like "damn I'm hot again! of course, I still have a ways to go, but through hard work you too can have the reverse experience.

I am looking for someone who will respond to my posts and provide encouragement so I can do the same. I have a friend who just posts and posts and posts but doesn't respond to feedback and doesn't comment on anybody else's stuff. that is pretty annoying.

Thanks everybody! I don't think its dehydration, since I drink while working out, I am not diabetic or anything and my blood pressure is textbook. Somebody mentioned something about bloodflow. Do you think its due to my muscles being weak. Don't muscles help distribute the blood?

I use the treadmill as a procrastination tool, but it doesn't help with the stress eating! :(

I have a question about it. Is there a lot if going up and down in the class? I find that in aerobics classes if you have to get up and then kneel down repeatedly, I get dizzy and its pretty embarrassing. I am going to a Zumba class on Wednesday for the first time a and would like to know. Thanks!

Right now I am on week do, and I have a treadmilll do its pretty easy to tell how fast I am going. I just do 9 minutes of running at 6m/h and 20 minutes of walking 4m/h. I am thinking about going to a Zumba class, but after looking like an idiot in the aerobics class by not being able to keep up, I am worried about dance classes. I am pretty uncoordinated. Do they switch moves really fast in zumba?

I heard about the 30 day shred. Were you able to do it everyday? It sounds like I would be sore for a week after doing that. I know gilina says to do it 6 days a week, but do you think thats reasonable?

If you have a lot to lose, you aren't going to see a difference until you lose more. Really heavy people don't ever look pregnant for this reason. It also could just be you being self conscious. You should show us before and afters and get a non-biased oppinion.

Don't take it! It made me put on 30 pounds, slowly put surely. Problem was it was impossible to lose weight no matter how much I worked out and how little I ate until I got off it.

Its a good low cal substitute for mile. There is only 40 calories in a cup compared to 90 calories in skim cow's milk. It is also much richer tasting than skim milk.
