Running with a sore foot
I am trying to start running. My endurance is pretty pathetic. I can do 0.3 miles. Vegetarian Recipes

How inconsiderate do you think it is to run on treadmill on top floor with neighbors below you at 10:30pm for 30 minutes? There is just no other time to do it on Thursdays, but I could just plan it out so I skip Thursdays. What would you do?

Advice!!?!?
Reducing calories works for a week. I will lose 5 pounds of water weight, and then in week 2 I gain it back for absolutely no reason. Do you burn calories if it is easy?
I am doing the 30 day shred. I have already completed it once in January, but have bounced back so I am doing it again. After a few days of getting back into it, the workout seems a lot easier. Does that mean I am not burning as many calories as I was when it was hard? My weight has not changed.
