So, what did you do today to lose weight?
Everybody chime in and say what you did today to work toward your goal. Today is the beginning if finals week at Metro, so I didn't do much except plan in my calories to have a chocolate bar. Hey, I need something to cope with the stress. At least I am still planning on stay under 1300 calories for the day.

Does anybody else get dizzy during workouts?
I have been doing aerobic workouts and whenever there is a lot of getting down to the floor and then up again I get dizzy. Is this something that will go away as I get more in shape?

Taking breaks
I am doing the couch25k, but I am doing it every day. For me the hardest part is the endurance, but I do have a little bit of muscle pain. What are the consequences of not taking a break from it every other day as it recommends?
