Saturdays are my "cheat day". I do slow carb dieting which limits my carbs all week and the Saturdays I use to eat whatever I want. I have PCOS so this works best for me since I have insulin resistance and I can't just "eat what I want" during the week as long as I'm at my calories.

Wine. Lots and lots of wine. It's weird when I drink a glass or two of wine every night I will lose 2-3lbs that week. On weeks I don't drink I will maintain. I pre cook my meals once a week and eat the same meal over and over so the wine is the only thing that differs for me.

If you live a busy life then pre cook at least a few meals (if not all) once a week. Portion them out and put in fridge. When you get home late and want to pick up that Chinese take out it is easy to pass now because it literally takes 1 minute to heat up a full healthy meal.
